Masajista terapeuta internacional y entrenador de masaje, maestro de Reiki, int\u00e9rprete y profesor de danza. Desde 1992 ha estado estudiando, haciendo shows y ense\u00f1ando Danza Contempor\u00e1nea<\/strong>, Teatro-Danza<\/strong> e Contact Improvisation<\/strong>. En 2005 se gradu\u00f3 con honores en Filosof\u00eda<\/strong> en la Universit\u00e0 Statale de Mil\u00e1n con una tesis sobre \u00abEl alma y la danza\u00bb<\/em> en Paul Val\u00e9ry.

\nDesde 1995 Naseem pasa una parte del a\u00f1o en India<\/strong>, donde tambi\u00e9n practica Yoga<\/strong>, Reiki<\/strong> y Meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En 2001 y 2002 estudi\u00f3 con la reconocida maestra Kusum Modak en Pune, India, se especializa en Masaje Yoga Ayurvedico (AYM)<\/strong> y reconoce en esta t\u00e9cnica una herramienta extremadamente efectiva para aliviar el dolor, ayudar a las personas a sentir su potencial energ\u00e9tico y devolverles su vitalidad en diferentes niveles. En 2014 Naseem comenz\u00f3 a ense\u00f1ar el M\u00e9todo AYM<\/strong> integrando su enfoque al trabajo f\u00edsico a trav\u00e9s de su experiencia en Danza<\/strong>, Reiki<\/strong> y Meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.

\nEn 2018 y 2019, en su investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa, Naseem viaj\u00f3 tres veces a Nueva York para estudiar intensamente un nuevo proceso de Liberaci\u00f3n Miofascial y Alineaci\u00f3n Structural (MSA)<\/strong> con la fundadora y maestra Usha Heller. El Proceso MSA<\/strong> se basa en una comprensi\u00f3n integradora de la postura natural y el movimiento fluido, combinado con la liberaci\u00f3n de tejido miofascial para realinear todo el esqueleto, y le dio a Naseem un valioso conocimiento y nuevas habilidades efectivas para liberar las causas estructurales de tensi\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica y dolor m\u00e1s comunes.

\nDesde 2012 Naseem reside durante el verano en Ibiza<\/strong> y en invierno se mueve a Goa<\/strong>, India, y dedica su tiempo a las artes curativas, la danza y la meditaci\u00f3n. Naseem viaja regularmente a destinos espec\u00edficos para proporcionar masajes y compartir talleres de masaje y danza en Europa<\/strong> (Ibiza, Mil\u00e1n, Londres, Amsterdam, Par\u00eds, Zurich) y en India<\/strong> (Goa, Mumbai, Pune). A Naseem le encanta recargar energ\u00edas con el sol y el mar mientras est\u00e1 en casa, le gusta viajar por trabajo y le encanta compartir su filosof\u00eda.<\/div>\n
